I would suggest this decision has little, if any impact on HC posters.
I have yet to see a post that defames a "real" person, as distinct to a non-de-plume name as used on HC.
For a libel suit to have any chance of success, the person bringing the suit would need to prove that he could be readilly identified as the person behind the alias. Highly unlikely.
