Our son had to go into hospital at the end of his last weeks at Uni. We went up to pack up his room and tried to disconnect the internet. Dodo wouldn’t even answer our calls. He was not changing to another provider at that stage so didn’t have another company to do the work. In the end we had to stop the direct debits to force shutdown.
