@bastjoseIt kinda sounds you are here to bash Telstra.
I have only ever has good service and good product with Telstra, having switched from Optus about 7 years ago.
Telstra coverage has fewer blackspots and dropouts compared to my time with Optus.
I did have a few trying issues cancelling my 94 year old Mum’s home phone and broadband when she moved to an aged care home. Her mobile provider, Belong, is good, fairly flexible and fairly priced.
Persist with Telstra or one of the better Telstra resellers imo … find a way to make that happen … travel to a regional centre if you have to so you can visit the shops.
