Atom, and others who believe this is sensible, try to use your brain for a second. This is a free world, and people like you, who condone this sort of crap, slowly let our governments take freedoms away that they have no right touching. Where does it stop is what I ask? Wake up to this crap before we all end up with no rights and no freedoms. When it comes to porn, I don't care who looks at what, it is their choice ultimately. When it comes to kiddy porn and the such (which is disgusting and the offenders should be shot), this is a completely different beast, and will not be prevented by having ISP's filter out general porn. Those in these kiddy networks are not using normal methods to share and download this filth and as such, will not be stopped by this censoring of the free internet as we know it.

Were do you think we live, China??? Take a look at their censorship, and tell me that is how you want to live!

It comes down to responsible parenting, and involvement in your children's life, and ensuring that they don't have the means to access content which you don't deem fit for them to see. There are a lot worse things for our children to see on the net besides some titties, I can tell you that now.

And, at the end of the day, children know more about PC's than the average parent (where there are generations of adults who could be fooled very easily by their kids), so nothing will be achieved by this money wasting, time wasting, privacy and freedom reducing policy being touted by the government.
