tprchris, Is it possible that NEA is consciously putting the low data threshold into their contracts but not enforcing it for now while users get accustomed to a higher level of use without being punished for it? The upshot seems to be that it created an opportunity and is easier to sell a superior package as illustrated in Nice One's example (Sounds like it was practically a done deal). Little or no pushback from the user that know they need and already use the extra data.

Not sure NEA should voluntarily increase the data allowance on day 1 and thereby give up the opportunity of agreeing a more favourable contract down the track.
