I've been very busy of late so haven't caught up on everything.

BUT, this is starting to confirm rumor I had heard RE: LNC and SXP

According to rumor, LNC is preparing to become a major shareholder and then make a takeover bid of SXP.

Has anyone else heard anything to this effect? Or have any comments about the plausibility of such a move?
