personally I expected that move selling concentrate to China before the Ffm(Frankfurt at Main) meeting, but have to concede globaldigger to be correct so far.
As ECE informed about talks to several processing plants in Jiangsu province via homepage and manifested those by saying they are going to acquire and incorporate one or the other of these companies(published August 15th), I didn't hesitate to ask, wether they would offer Arafura to process its ore right there. Mr. Shao's, ECE's general director, answer was:
"Yes, we will do everything as a shareholder to strongly support what Arafura is striving for."
A very diplomatic answer, which doesn't exclude this possibility until a complete new plant might be erected whereever that will be. To accelerate next steps both of them have to work hard on getting the mine, HMS,flotation, transportation and environmental issues on track; as long as there is no mine there will be no concentrate.
