The 'value' fund will always keep an eye on CDA as long as it performs fundamentally. They will sell though at the peak of their promotion, followed by an anouncement that they have now sold all their shares in said company. Their followers ('value' investors/headless chickens depending on how well they time the moves of their great leader) then panics and scramble to get out of the narrowing gate. At the same time the fund begins to accumulate.
