    The initial exploration targets are about 900 tonnes of U3O8 at Cyclone Rim and 1,400 tonnes U3O8 at Eagle. BLR has completed a 32 hole drilling program at the Eagle project and has commenced a resource estimation which it expects to complete in the first
    quarter of 2007.

    Any chance the spike caused by insider information..
