thanks - cleared it up - mandate corporate looks like it is a PR firm specialising in small mining companies.
as for intersuisse - so they did know how to measure relative share price performance and concluded that PRR is a top performing stock in terms of share price growth.
that is hardly exciting research unless there was more to it?
Note - I have nothing at all against intersuisse.
