brett i was wondering about this the other day, but if you allow the directors to give a reason for sales on the form, then they will always put "personal financial reasons" or something to that effect... and because every director would do this, the information really is worthless....
they are never going to say "i am selling because i am no longer confident in my own company"...
that's why i think the ASX simply lets shareholders decide for themselves what a director buying/selling means...
