Don't read the Lum thread much, however for the big boys to "sell" you will see that often they have to "buy" hence you will see small runs and guess what...the day traders & "chats" pick this up. In the end the odds are well stacked against the "chats".

Best idea on the "risky" stocks is simply "talk" to your broker...they will know exactly what's going on. If you only use internet brokers and are dealing in "higher risk" stocks, then that's a real problem....and I would not listen too closely at what is slung around chat rooms.
