intersuisse won't underwrite share issue, page-13

If there was good news pending why would the Underwriters be pulling out. Surely they would have a nudge nudge wink wink indication that all is good so as to keep the CR on track.In reality the underwriting would be a drop in the bucket for intersuisse so if the general indicators were pointing up for MNM why would they drop out now with only days till the CR closes.
I suspect MNM have a lot of loose ends to tie up and they just can't seem to get them tied all together in the time frame required.
I hope I'm wrong but I can't see it being good news.
