Really can't understand why this action is a surprise to anyone . SP is well below CR price and after 12 months we have no JV with Exergen .We only have hearsay that shareholders have applied for the CR . Can't see why anyone would apply quite frankly . Any other spec companies that have tried to get CR's away in the last 12 months above their SP's havn't succeeded.
