In the interim there may be leaks.

PS: There are political moves afoot to improve the "continuous reporting"
system with a time concession for Boards to do due dilligence but it may mean
trading halts until that happens. DJ's are a case in point..
If you are concerned about LYC timely release of info, then
now is the time to write to the Treasurer or ASIC. Commercial in Confidence
clauses have still to be dealt with. If "Commercial in Confidence" can relieve
a company from its obligation of continuous disclosure then why not subject
all price sensitive info to a "commercial in Confidence" condition and keep the market properly in the dark! MM
