It will be interesting to see the DFS and the expected prices ATC is expecting for the grid storage packs, Iggy claims these are cheap to manufacture.
so the profit margins should be very lucrative.
Personally I think ATC is targeting the wrong grid storage market. a 60kwh battery pack would be perfect for home grid storage to allow households to move away from grid connections. the 60kwh would provide around 3 days of energy storage to any household that has solar.
It would be a far better option than the Tesla power wall that costs ~$10k for a 13.5kwh battery pack.
On another note the investment video by Martin Stein was much better, I much prefer to hear about what the company is up to with offtakes, permitting the DFS and expansion of capacity rather than telling us you have grown the retail share registry.
It will be interesting to see the DFS and the expected prices...
