    Important to get Ark Mines into the news because of the need to raise capex for the gravity plant - other equipment like excavators and trucks can be leased so attend under opex.
    But first MRE over the larger area (including Phase 2) and a SS or DFS. Then offtake agreements, decision to mine, and permits.

    IMO this will happen quickly because of low environmental impact.
