Having VTRE for KMP start up provides "more flexibility in engaging with offtake partners for Dubbo as to where that Dubbo product will go" - I read this as meaning some offtake partners will insist on Dubbo as the oxide source, perhaps to mitigate jurisdictional risk?
Clear statement that the KMP is just the first metals plant and a template for other offtake partners who want a metals plant in their own jurisidiction - part of the ASM 'vision'
