    Check out the average EV for a producing gold company in Australia. Notice on the left the highest EV comes from the lowest cost producers which are HIGH TONNAGE, lower grades compared to the companies at right with HIGHER grades.

    I can see why the CMM model is the one to follow that the BGD team is emulating.

    A high grade blanket to accelerate early payback is a bonus but the real prize comes in from consistent high tonnage operations that you don't have to worry about chasing up high grades that pinch out and add to cost of mining.

    Keep it simple and consistent is the key.
    Pretty much ignore the opinions on the threads and follow the numbers and get the story direct from management.

    Just take a conservative EV number at $10,000 (instead of the premium at 14,000) for 150,000 oz p/a. Nice result in a few years if this plan is kept simple and the management execute as they have been.

    All the low grade naysayers are just inaccurate opinions and nothing more.
    Follow the numbers, they never lie.
