So what's the next stage?? PEP11 pipeline in NSW is banned.
Fair enough, we don't need the pipeline as LNG tankers can fill up or down the track, Fed Govt will overrule that ban as National Energy security.
So NSW story is finished.
The Federal story apparently is that the Zali bill of which the power transference to the Environment Minster from the Resource Minister is defeated.
Instead of moving forward as per safety Bill, it's been dropped or will it be resurrected for May 14th sitting??

Or will Courtney FINALLY get off her butt and tick flick NO to Maddy (if not already) and Maddy to sign now there's no roadblocks??!! I don't understand her delay??!!
Everywhere else, NOPTA is approving offshore Rigs but they're discriminating against NSW??!! Why??
