I think they are under pressure..
not just from shareholders but activist groups, and other politicians who are vocal about rejection..
It's getting to the pointing end where both sides are demanding a decision.
if they do nothing considering it's so politically charged, they will continue to look incomptetent like scomo.
This is my opinion of course.
