Agree that the Government’s only choice now is to exit stage left (approve PEP 11) with as little political fallout as possible or reject PEP 11 and waste even more taxpayers’ money in a court case. The latter is less likely as they gave in pretty quickly with the previous legal case. I just wish they would make a decision!
