It's simple JD,
when Mr Breeze gets approval of Pep11 price of Bounty Oil will rise hence Kelso will look good in Buy holder's eyes, I'm one of them too as well as BPH - MMR's holder, we all understand that Kelso is a great one at golf course while all mental strength is within Mr Breezes domain.
We are in position to top up atm irrespective if price retreats a pip down all risks are on upside from here!
