The mysterious talking points between the Federal Government and Advent that led to both dropping the court case aside, I'm happy with DB's performance. My theory is that Breeze wanted results but also didn't want to get on the Government's bad side, so they played things fair, and agreed to drop the case if the Government promised to make the decision according to the Law, because Breeze knew the Law was on our side.

Now, he could've gone super aggressive and forced a decision then and there, but is it really wise to get on the Resource Minister's bad side for the next few years when you have drills to make and pipelines to build? I think he played the best hand available to him at the time.
