Bph running a campaign, could be prejudicial to any potential legal proceeding.
Not only that, but would give away the attack angle to potential cause of action and case theory.
They need to stay 100% neutral and silent in any public opinion.
This will be why David is sitting on the fence.
We already have two organisations running campaigns that represent the likes of agl, bluescope, alinta, shell, woodside and more.
Big bat's have alot more force than bphs little bat.
It is very testing the wait. In the legislation, if delegated, there is no time provision in the act to decide.
Unfortunately the legislation allows the government to time waste without recourse.
A court can not even address time factor, as laws neglect it in provision.
