There is no cause of action to start a legal proceeding.

The legislation has a time frame for nopta, but not for the ja or minister. The legislation also has many clauses.

If anybody has read it, it is complex.

Bph would not even get a writ to start litigation.

Im also not one for rattling someone's cage if there in decision mode.

There is inherent risk, you piss them off and they punish you. Ie decline pep11 in spit, when maybe there decision was to approve it.
