Mate do you live under a rock ? This is a spec company . It’s their job to lose money . I nearly laughed when you said we are losing money hahaha, no shi*t. I read a few of your posts and not one makes any sense . To me are you putting your words through a translator app.
Well done with the obvious , every spec company comes with risk , but I also disagree we are not hoping to find spod we have it so the risk is much lower .
