I know there were conversations about doing the CR a month or two before the MRE, and at a much higher price. What was the rationale for waiting till after the MRE? Why would anyone buy when they know a CR is imminent? I believe it's the reason the stock went down so much after the MRE and it probably would have gone down even further if it wasn't supported at .20 to help facilitate the CR.
