To me it was a no brainer and I've been out of the market for 20 years. It's clear to me that if they were then given advice to the contrary by the underwriter, the underwriter was acting on the best interest of their clients, not Stavely.

I like SVY and as you say they have 3 out of 4 or so pieces. But this issue of having a sophisticated trader on board that can call out underwriters, shorters and other manipulators has to be taken seriously at the point.

Jgab, good to know your conversation with Chris and his reply. Underwhelming at best. At worst, well share price is the true test.
Totally agree, someone sophisticated on the board to call out anything that undersells or devalues the company and by extension us SHs.
And someone versed in financials and in precious and industrial metals markets, cycles and miners. Is there an Aussie version of Rick Rule or his equivalent?
