    Welcome to the latest edition of the Dreadnought Insider!

    This month, we have some exciting updates to share. We've made progress on several fronts, from uncovering significant uranium targets at Bresnahan to some promising results at Tarraji-Yampi.

    Additionally, we'll delve into the history of one of our key prospects, introduce you to Nick, our exploration manager, and highlight some top questions you have asked us.

    We are continuing to advance our 2024 strategy, focusing on gold and copper exploration while streamlining our portfolio to seek commercialisation outcomes and/or partnerships for some of our projects and commodities.

    March has excitingly marked the recommencement of fieldwork for the Dreadnought team!

    On the exploration front, our planned mobilisation to Central Yilgarn was delayed by severe flooding across the Goldfields. Instead, we managed to visit some of our priority targets around the Star of Mangaroon and across the wider project area in Mangaroon. Last week, we mobilised to Central Yilgarn, where we are preparing for our first drill program of the year to test a number of compelling gold targets, which should commence this week.

    On the deal front, we are currently in discussions with several interested parties regarding the Money Intrusion Ni-Cu-PGE project, Bresnahan HREE, U and Au Project, and the lithium rights across our projects.

    I also spent a couple of days visiting brokers and fund managers in Melbourne and Sydney, sharing our strategy for 2024 and letting everyone know that the drill rig was about to start spinning again. I was encouraged by the support for our strategy and by the signs of growth in the small-cap exploration sector, as capital was looking to be deployed for the right stories, projects, and teams.

    I was a bit surprised that even among the brokers and funds, some still perceived us as a rare earth company, unaware of our gold and copper assets and discoveries, which were made around the same time as the rare earths.

    Certainly, there is still plenty of work ahead for me to get the story and our value proposition out to the market.

    Dreadnought is an exploration company which:

    • Is focused on the front end of the Lassonde Curve with a team t plenty of skin in the game and a track record of delivering discoveries in multiple commodities;
    • Has optionality of projects and commodities within the portfolio;
    • Is well positioned for a return in sentiment for rare earths with the Yin NdPr Resource;
    • Has a pipeline of compelling gold and copper gold exploration targets waiting to be drilled; and
    • Has several potential deals and partnerships in play to help streamline the portfolio, focus exploration efforts, and strengthen our balance sheet.

    Tarraji-Yampi: Promising drilling and geophysical results

    Exploration at Tarraji-Yampi has revealed promising results at the Orion deposit, known for its copper and gold potential.

    The program delivered an extension to the Orion mineralisation, confirming mineralisation at new prospects and identifying off hole conductors for follow up drilling.

    Mangaroon: Star of Mangaroon targets expand

    Dreadnought Resources received exciting results from target generation soil sampling, further expanding the boundaries of the Star of Mangaroon.

    Initially perceived as a 10km-long shear zone with historical workings, the prospect has now revealed itself to be a vast 15km by 10km zone, boasting robust gold-in-stream sediments and pathfinder anomalism. Read more.

    Our Managing Director, Dean Tuck, has been actively engaging with shareholders through the InvestorHub platform. Through this channel, we aim to provide clarity and transparency to our valued stakeholders.

    Below, we spotlight some of the recent key questions and their corresponding answers.

    Question 1

    Question: Could you comment on the WA governments "no new Uranium mines" policy and how this impacts your planned exploration?

    Answer: While there is a ban on uranium mining in the state, at the moment, there is not a ban on exploration. And exploration takes some years before a mine is developed. So, there is nothing against exploring for uranium in WA...Read full answer.

    Question 2

    Question: Is it fair to say that undertaking soil sampling at Star of Mangaroon rather than going straight into a drill program is partly to save money until the junior end of the resource stock market starts to attract some interest again? Will this impact what drilling you may or may not do this year?

    Answer: Soil sampling is one of the most important tools in defining targets within a new gold camp around the Star of Mangaroon. High grade gold lodes are like needles in a haystack, you aren’t going to find one by blindly drilling without going broke very quickly...Read full answer.

    Question 3

    Question: At what stage do you go from Prospect type mining to physically removing minerals from the ground, and generating large income.

    Answer: Generally speaking, it takes on average 7 years for a discovery to become a mine, and that time frame gets longer and longer with increasing approvals processes...Read full answer.

    Mangaroon's Golden History

    Let's dig through time to explore the history of the Star of Mangaroon project!

    The story begins in 1956 when Allan McDonald, the local farmer of Mangaroon Station, stumbled upon valuable resources underground.

    His discovery sparked a flurry of activity, with veteran prospector Ernie Munns joining forces to sink two shafts in 1960.

    Their efforts were rewarded handsomely, with the initial haul yielding 145 ounces of gold.

    Over the years, the mine proved to be a lucrative venture, with earnings totaling $20,000 (in 1960's figures) from 1400 ounces of gold—a testament to its rich abundance.

    Today, Dreadnought is honouring the legacy of these pioneers by further exploring the untapped potential of this area.
