Yeah... my gut feel is they will need a major buy in to get Peru/Parag up and running. Perhaps a Newmont or major company like that. If that can happen then that will be a huge endorsement of the product.
By the time they do scoping studies, JORC. PFS and DFS we could be talking well over three years. These things take time for explorers and many never make it. They simply run out of money.
Plus ... who knows what the price and demand will be for copper in 3-5 years time?
Need that cash in the bank and prove to the market this is a money making company.
Time will tell if they can get this going.
