Remember Visteon announced the figure and surely the Visteon platforms from 2009 onwards will all utilize the same fastener to reduce cost of goods. I expect the pe to be a little higher but the placement price to be perhaps a little lower so it comes down to both size of booked orders and to the profit margin inherent in the units in the early stages of sales. CS will optimize the valuation for two reasons, the first is that they will ensure their clients are advantaged in any uplift post IPO so do not want to place it too high and secondly they will adjust the offer price to maximize interest in the float. After the float is accomplished we can expect to see a flurry of announcements that will then drive the price increase. At least, that is what I would do!
