    "CS may obtain additional shares at the delist by offering the average price applying on the ASX at the time. The company expects there to be little difference between the delist offer and the placement but I suspect there will be a few dollars difference"

    this statement by you is of particular interest to me. Can you elaborate on your definition of 'a few dollars difference' please?
