as someone whom is heavily involved in the aerospace industry your thoughts on weight restrictions on Cabin crew is already in effect and has been for some years on many asian airliners, this is not due to saving in weight and therefore saving of fuel its more to do with appearance, cause IATA ( international air transport association ) has provided standard weights of people for airlines of which all have adopted.
Where ever you have read this rubbish I suggest you do just that with it and file it in the circular.
