In the final throws (is that the correct word I used?) of 'offtake, finance amd permitting' is still pretty vague and I think could hint at why the SP hasn't been as well supported the last week or two as it had been for previous long periods.. But just the maket including vanadium having a rough patch atm could also explain it..

He does come across very confident though and I imagine inspires a lot of confidence.


I know the process around funding and offtake, and those can be honestly open ended, or bang we have them all wrapped up, and anything in between, so looking for a timeline there is tough... But perhaps we can put together a bit of a timeline for permitting... This I have absolutely no idea though.. Even with the standard EPA timeline that they give on their website, the EPA don't even come close to sticking to that themselves, but for AVL it's more difficult to pin down as I believe the processing plant doesn't require the full assessment through EPA (they did state the body which it will be assessed by, i'll look that up later unless anyone can provide it), but I don't really know where to start looking to get a rough idea of what stage it could be at now and what process it still needs to go through.

I assume the processing plant and actual mine site are different submissions, at different stages of final approval?

Just never got much clarity from Vince, and Graham made it all sound like it will be wrapped up imminently, but hoping to actually find some more concrete info on the progress, if it's out there anywhere.
