Best I can tell (others more familiar with the full EPA process can chime in), it's at stage 3 where EPA decided 2021 it will be assessed (as any mine site would be), and latest update is July 2022 where AVL submitted amendments mainly regarding the site area etc.
Again, the lack of details provided by the EPA, I assume it's still being assessed, no note on how far off final approval is. From what I have seen for other projects, Stage 3 just encompasses the bulk of the work and no way of knowing how long is left of this stage, days, weeks, years,,, WA gov are happy for this to be a black hole.

Re: Processing facility:Via the EPA site I come to the same document Harry linked to, that advised EPA Act IV not applicable, will be assessed under part V.

I have ran out of lunch break, so don't have a chance to find where submissions for the clearing permit submissions might be found, or where to get any update on their progress.

I would say mine site is the priority though and the main one to keep an eye on for any progress or updates.
