While I think it is great that Simon is communicating well and enthusiastic about the future, he needs to be a bit careful he doesn't talk it up too much. There is nothing worse than over promising and under delivering. I'm not saying they are going to under deliver but I just wouldn't want the market to get ahead of itself with unrealistic expectations.
