Float, FHE have a very astute board of directors. With an independent company forecasting a $68m pa net profit from just stage one , plus owning the land freehold as security you would suggest it would be attractive for a lender.
They are targeting to put the project out to 30 financial institutions to find out who offers the best deal. Not sure on the current progress ,only what I see in public releases from FHE.
