So someone has to be right.
The difference between us and them seems to be that the Gambian government is against them but in Far's case the government appears to be with them or they are fighting a government and Far are fighting a JV partner with the backing of a government.
It's fascinating and over the next few years I and a few others here will know more about international law than we ever thought we needed to know, or wanted too
