I was trying to be very conservative and simplistic in my estimates. New producers and especially smaller ones generally take a while to get to a PE of 8 - 10 until they have 3 or 4 years history behind them. The EMM is a bonanza but is a few years off. The DFS and Engineering design can be paid for out of cash flow. Let's just get some money coming in the front door and the heavens will open soon thereafter.
