    I see quite a few significant qualifications in the wordsmithing of that release...but hope the general exuberance of holders is not misplaced.

    heading: "secures Saudi HIsmelt opportunity"

    middle: "has the potential to speed things up"

    close: "and it should offer the fastest"

    but overall seems a good result.
