I hope everyone is raising their concerns directly with management.

Its one thing to raise on this forum and hope they see it, but everyone should be emailing Neil directly to ensure he gets the message.

This capital raise has set the share price back another 6 months IMO. And who knows when they will need to raise again, this is only 2.5m which off previous spending will only last another 6-9 months.

We are paying 2 finance guys a hell of a lot of money and also a New York consultant to advance funding, yet we are raising lower then we did 12 months ago!

See below all the current companies that Anoosh Manzoori is working on plus his position:

-Shape Capital (CEO)
-Magnum Mining (Director and Chairman)
-Hardenbrook group (Director and Chariman)
-Mindbio therapeutics (Founder and investor)
-Spark AI (Director)
-Constellation technologies (Director and Boardmember)

We are paying him $250,000 per annum, for 1/6 of his time. No interview since he has been on the board, no explanation for the share price performance, no explanation for funds spent.

Plus direct interest in raising more capital through his other companies, why would he stop raising when its profitable for him.
