... and I can tell you there are a lot more large long term holders not necessarily on HC who are disgruntled also; they are also acutely aware of when members of the board line their pockets instead of driving the company forward. Similarly, they are acutely aware of, and watching for changes in the top 20 shareholders around announcements, and raises! Board beware, and aware of shareholders, I say!
