How's that rubbish?

Stumpy I've been in quite a few spec resource stocks like MEL over the years that like to frequently drop the "we plan to pay dividends" phrase, but I can't remember a single time where dividends were ever paid. I think they simply use that as a scammy technique to support the share price by influencing shareholders to not sell out and to encourage new holders to buy in. These speccies usually use all their available cash flow for further development or improving their own remuneration rather than rewarding shareholders, and I don't think MEL is any differing unfortunately, but I'd love to be proven wrong of course.
