Interesting, for the first time he talks of not just cash, but an interest retained. I think as developments must be quite away down the track of a sale, that we can take for granted it wont be all cash.
We need a confirmed sale the way the cash burn has been going to survive past half year, and I am feeling more confidant in this happening now sooner than later.
