I wasn't scoffing at anybody, not sure how you came to that conclusion!? I was simply pointing out that the gov is notoriously slow & useless.. as frustrating as it is, it's to be expected. If my lol at the start offended you then please accept my apology! It's never my intention to offend and i want all of us retail/independant investors to make money.
