Administration by IV for blood sepsis, by spray or gel for skin/wound applications, or e.g. by catheter into the bladder for UTI are the preferred routes. This is a consistent pattern in the testing trials.

If one had not thought this through it would have seemed that not using the oral route was being avoided for other, unexplained, and therefore possibly sus reasons. Now it makes sense.

I love a good Grahamism as the next person, but that would be stretching the truth too much even for him.
