The video is positive and leaves me more confident about Base than before I watched it. However, it reiterates the risk of local issues. It appears that a lot of people will be wanting a piece of the pie and given Kenya and a lot of Africa are in the early stages of wealth creation, the lack of understanding of how their short-term greed impacts the longer-term has the potential to eat away at returns for shareholders and stakeholders for that matter.

I'm confident that the management team are well across these risks and that they will be mitigated. I believe that because of these unknowns, as I've said before, "we're wrong until we're right"... But in saying that, I'm happy to be wrong generating 2.5 million in FCF per week.

Base is still a buy IMO
