Well Ungung the problem for the litigants is still the fact that Zheng was not on the Triton board at the time the Nicanda Hill lease issues arose. Imo I can’t c how any litigation action will succeed. That jmo and I’m no legal expert. One just needs to read annmnts and observe the corporate moves in relation to the NH lease loss.
