    This is quite common, look at the shenanigan on Avonbank. I think the news came out from the same template.
    140 years vs 13 years. Only this time it's 'harvest' season not 'sowing' season so they don't have time to read EES. i guess farmers are really busy.
    They missed out and want in that's all.

    Avonbank's approval is nearing, and it is Chinese-owned.
